Multifunctional position combining payroll processing with financial and management accounting duties. Works across Finance, Administration, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll processing (~95 employees)
• Management accounting and business partnering
• Accounts payable and receivable assistance
• Audit support and banking operations
• ERP & Payroll systems implementation support
• Other Finance & Administration tasks as required
Requirements:
• Strong payroll processing experience
• Financial and management accounting skills
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and Empower (preferred)
• Adaptability to various payroll and accounting systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
