About our client:
Randstad is pleased to once again be partnering with our client who are a large not-for-profit who invest solid effort and resources into optimising their payroll function with a focus on continuous improvement. You will join a growing team into this newly created role to work within a small unit of 4-5 Payroll Officers within a broader payroll team responsible for the processing the pays for a high volume of employees on a fortnightly basis.

About the role:
Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining of employee records
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience in a medium - high volume environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
