Randstad, a preferred recruitment partner for a reputable Government organisation, is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration and assist with payroll processing, including generating import spreadsheets and maintaining system records.
- Provide expert advice on salary, leave entitlements, payroll policies, and employee conditions.
- Support the People & Culture and Workplace Relations teams with accurate payroll-related guidance.
- Resolve complex payroll issues independently while maintaining accurate payroll data.
- Collaborate on payroll projects and support initiatives to enhance payroll service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of payroll experience.
- Proficiency in SAP software is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, agreements, and policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Screening Requirements:
- Triple vaccination is required.
- Successful applicants will undergo a National Police Check and pre-employment misconduct screening.
