about the job
this is a great opportunity to join an audit team at a pivotal time in their growth journey. as a payroll audit team member, you’ll help uncover discrepancies, review client payroll data, and contribute to building more transparent and accurate payroll systems.
working alongside tech and compliance teams, you’ll play a part in shaping the tools they use, improving systems, and making complex data more manageable. this role suits someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative environment where your voice is valued.
skills & experience
minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll environment (50+ employees preferred)
confident reviewing timesheets, payslips, and contracts to identify errors
strong attention to detail and a natural ability to spot patterns or discrepancies
comfortable working with data and learning new systems (e.g. employment hero/keypay)
open to feedback, collaborative, and curious about how to improve processes
