What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with site preparation, grading, and compacting.
- Spreading, leveling, and compacting asphalt, concrete, or paving stones.
- Operating and maintaining tools such as rakes, compactors, and shovels.
- Supporting machine operators with paving and finishing tasks.
- Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean worksite.
- Previous experience in paving or construction (preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license
