Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter with a strong background in sales and leadership within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, components, and systems.
• Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computerised parts catalogues and inventory management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in automotive parts interpretation or related field.
• Experience with premium brands or luxury vehicles.
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a parts department.
