Your New Position
Are you passionate about driving growth and managing successful partnerships in the SaaS space? We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our dynamic global partner team and elevate our business to new heights. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Growth Agency Partners, ensuring world-class engagement, and driving mutual success through new customer acquisition and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new Digital Marketing Agencies into our partner program with a targeted, proactive approach.
- Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing Growth Partners, ensuring they have a seamless and engaging experience.
- Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
- Develop strong relationships with partners to align priorities and achieve mutual goals.
- Contribute to partner acquisition strategies using company assets and resources.
- Launch new service offerings in collaboration with key partners.
- Develop training and enablement materials, and deliver impactful sales enablement content to partners.
- Identify opportunities for improving partner engagement and performance, implementing data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure partner success, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or SaaS, with a proven track record of driving partner success.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Passion for growing partnerships and delivering results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into impactful actions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce, and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems.
- Experience working with small and medium-sized service partners.
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones to drive partner engagement.
