In this role, you’ll manage Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive performance. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their digital advertising strategies align with their business goals while optimising for maximum ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategise, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve performance.
• Analyse campaign data, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with clients, helping them understand performance trends and results.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and execution.
• Mentor and upskill team members, sharing your expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Snapchat advertising.
• Strong understanding of programmatic platforms like DV360, StackAdapt, and Adobe DSP.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, and analytics (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager).
• Excellent client management skills – confident in presenting insights and recommendations.
• A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on campaign execution.
