About the role
My client is an Australian leader in automated packaging solutions. Due to experiencing growth we are seeking a Junior Customer Service Officer to join the small customer service team based in Heidelberg
Reporting directly through to the Customer Optimisation Manager, this position will require the highest level of service provided to their customers across Australia
You will be responsible for:
- Receiving, responding and calling to all customer enquiries via phone and email
- Creating and rescheduling of jobs
- Outbound calls to book in services
- Follow up on quotes and qualify all new customers across to the customer service team
- Maintaining customer and equipment details within the internal database
- Tracking of jobs and following up on quotes
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong and effective communication skills
- The ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Commitment to continual improvement and service delivery
