About the role:

- Working across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours, including 2 hours non-contact paid time per week, the dedicated support of an experienced Area Manager and a generous resource budget to bring your ideas to life
- Developing and facilitating an engaging child-centred program with the support of an Education Leader and your Area Manager – experiences that incorporate sports, cooking, art & craft, STEAM – whatever you and the children are into
- Leading and supporting a team of educators and assistants
- Fostering collaborative and positive relationships with parents, students and school staff
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including rostering, administration and compliance tasks with support from your Area Manager.
- In school holidays you will work a 7.6 hour shift, can be either morning or afternoon shift
- Planning and implementing the school holiday programme
