As a member of the People and Culture team, you will work in a team environment overseeing the human resource strategy, policy management, and practices to ensure the organisation is equipped with the capability needed to achieve desired outcomes for the organisation. You will collaborate with professionals working on enterprise-wide initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion, Future Workforce Strategy, Capability, Culture, and Change.
In this role, you'll engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and external providers who are experts in measuring employee experience. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, explore potential solutions, and recommend approaches for measuring, monitoring, and managing employee experience, sentiment, and workplace culture at the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Developing and implementing human-centric business solutions to enhance employee experience.
- Conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making, providing insights and recommendations on contemporary practices related to workplace culture and employee experience.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, offering consultation and facilitation.
- Delivering high-quality written and verbal communication to effectively present project and communication plans.
Required Experience:
- Experience in organisational development.
- Expertise in conducting market research to understand current models for measuring employee experience, sentiment, engagement, and culture, and identifying potential opportunities for the Council.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering modern HR solutions.
- Project management experience.
You’ll be responsible for developing a project plan, communication strategy, and change plan to ensure the successful implementation of approved recommendations. Additionally, you’ll design and implement workplace culture and continuous improvement initiatives, applying a human-centred design approach. This role is ideal for a dynamic, confident individual with a passion for employee experience and stakeholder engagement, who has proven experience in scoping, designing, and delivering project outcomes.
