As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's structure and employee experience. Working closely with the People Experience team, senior leaders, Workplace Culture team and key stakeholders, you will lead customer-centric projects that drive organisational effectiveness and help position the business as an employer of choice
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior leaders and run projects to embed frameworks, work practices and tools.
- Lead enterprise-wide organisational design projects, assessing structures, processes, and practices to enhance alignment with strategic goals.
Drive change management and people experience initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions through enterprise-wide organisational changes.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align organisational design principles with business strategies and market trends.
Provide subject matter expertise in job and role design to build future-ready, high-performing teams.
Design and deliver strategic workforce and people projects, including workforce planning and capability development.
Lead the development of an employee listening strategy, enhancing engagement and shaping a thriving workplace culture.
Support the articulation of Enterprise People Strategy, translating it into practical roadmaps.
About You
We are looking for an action oriented individual, a strategic thinker with demonstrable experience in OD and change. You will bring:
A background in organisational development or consulting, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and improve organisational structures.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
A customer-centric approach, designing solutions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Desirable Skills & Experience
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Broad expertise across multiple People & Culture disciplines, such as talent management, capability development, culture and engagement, and inclusion & belonging.
