Role:
We are looking for an experienced organisational change management (OCM) and communication professional who is passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of projects.

Duties

Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership and the project teams to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies
Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change
Tracking progress and reporting
Leading Program change activities including communication, engagements, capability uplift, developing guidance materials etc.
Collaborating with Projects, IT Division and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
Creating and distributing regular Program-wide communications, such as presentations, talking points, updates, and announcements, to keep stakeholders informed including supporting showcases to demonstrate progress and / or better practices.
Developing training and support materials to build capability and readiness.

Skills:

Knowledge of/experience in and accreditation in change management methodologies such as PROSCI will be highly regarded.
Familiarity with better practice M365 implementation and adoption approaches such as those contemplated in Microsoft's Modern Collaboration Architecture (MOCA) and M365 Adoption White Papers
Familiarity with better practice for Cloud implementation and adoption approaches for Azure, AWS and Google.
Familiarity with better practice for ServiceNow implementation and adoption approaches
