Your Role:
As the Optimisation Analyst/Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes of claims processes. You will:
- Analyse Claims Processes: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, driving enhanced operational outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Optimisation Strategies: Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement digital solutions, and leverage technology to enhance processes and reduce costs.
- Monitor Performance: Develop performance metrics and tracking systems to measure the success of optimisation initiatives.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with managers, leaders, and consultants to ensure smooth implementation, effective communication, and alignment across departments.
- Lead Training and Change Management: Prepare teams to adopt new processes, systems, and tools by leading change management efforts and providing training.
- Utilise Data Insights: Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making, provide actionable insights, and track the embedment of initiatives.
- Inspire Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.
About You:
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven experience in process optimisation (preferred).
- A strong understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations within the motor claims industry (advantageous).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising and influencing various stakeholders.
- High-level conceptual thinking with an aptitude for developing innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to deliver results within agreed timeframes.
