Reporting directly through to the Group Manager Community and Commercial Services, this role will be suitable for someone that can lead from the front, bring positive change, focus on maximizing contracts, practice business development/connecting with stakeholders as well as working on internal areas of continuous improvement
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of 70 people through 3 direct report supervisors
- Empowering the team and leading from the front to deliver on cleaning contract service deliveries
- Building, controlling and managing a ~2m budget inclusive of P&L
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Maximising current business and generating new
- Improving customer satisfaction levels

About You
- Previous experience managing and leading from the front
- Demonstrated success in process and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in managing a ~2m budget inclusive of P&L
- Business development skills and proven experience
- Rostering experience highly regarded
