This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's parts and vehicle logistics, managing inbound stock, and supporting fleet coordination. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative tasks related to the management of incoming and outgoing parts and vehicles.
• Ensure parts and materials are at the correct locations ahead of scheduled servicing and customizations.
• Book inbound stock into the system, maintaining accurate records of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of parts and components.
• Liaise with shipping companies and ports to coordinate the arrival of imported goods.
• Facilitate customs clearance processes and ensure timely release of goods.
• Assist in scheduling vehicles for maintenance and customization.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports on inventory, shipments, and fleet operations.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding parts availability and logistics inquiries.
