Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of specific training and development initiatives designed to strengthen risk management activities.
Advise and lead the development, implementation and ongoing review, testing and assurance for Business Continuity Framework.
Ensure Risk Assessments are in place.
Identify, assess, and document operational risks, including Incident Management and Risk Profile analysis
Develop and maintain risk registers, heat maps, and other risk management tools.
Effectively facilitate workshops for risk and control identification.
Manage the response to regulator requests and regulatory change.
Lead incident response effort, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Support development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, controls, and procedures.
Act as an internal subject matter expert in providing risk and compliance advice, expertise and education.
Performing risk assessments.
Monitor the management incidents, audit actions and treatment plans.
Monitor and Report on Risks, Controls, and Incidents among others.
