Our Client:
A well-established organisation in the property development sector is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This role is part-time, offering flexibility with hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday), and presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage standard office tasks, including ordering supplies, managing reception, and covering reception duties when required. Ensure a clean and organised workspace, stepping in as needed
- Oversee and enforce compliance systems, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols, visitor sign-in processes, and accreditation standards
- Manage vendor contracts, including renewals and negotiations, with strong business acumen
- Plan and execute events, maintaining high attention to detail
- Handle invoice management accurately and efficiently
About you:
- 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Experience with Jira is a bonus but not essential.
- A can-do attitude, even temperament, and willingness to assist with reception duties when required
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF)
