Our Client is a proudly Australian owned manufacturer in the automotive industry located conveniently in Smithfield, the heart of Western Sydney. They require the support of a seasoned office administrator who is looking to embed themselves and support the company through growth.
Your New Role:
Working in a team of 8 professionals and reporting to the Financial Controller, who is known for their approachable and supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Providing pricing and quotations
- Taking and screening phone calls
- Preparing reports/ presentations
- Fleet management
- Accounts receivable
- Ad hoc office duties

About You:
- Previous experience with accounting software (MYOB highly desirable)
- Previous experience with Microsoft suite including excel, powerpoint & outlook
- Previous experience with ServiceM8 is desirable
- Passionate and results driven within a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
