Duties:

• Analyse, develop, interpret and evaluate complex telecommunications systems design and architecture specifications and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems
• Research, analyse, evaluate and monitor network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
• Assess and make recommendations for improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software cloud systems
• Provide specialist skills and advice to resolve network problems and emergencies

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of maintaining and operating traditional infrastructure, cloud networks and interconnectivity technology.
• Ability to research, analyse, evaluate and monitor cloud network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured correctly and operating as intended. As well as assess and recommend improvements to network architecture according to best practice.
• Ability to assist in troubleshooting active incidents and emergencies, proactively assisting in the triage, problem identification and resolution process.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure of Code concepts.
