About the role

My clients are seeking a bubbly administrators, customer service officers, receptionists, and office all rounders to join the team on a temporary basis. These companies are based around the north & western suburbs.

Commencing asap
Roles within the Transport & Logistics Industry also available.

You will be responsible for:

• Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers
• Booking and debriefing freight ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain purchase orders and ensure on time deliveries
• Assist when required with dispatching or receiving shipments
• Clear and friendly communication via phone and email
• General assistance to the team & staff
• Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
• Support the branch in its sales and service operations

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excel skills
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Reliable and self motivated
• Can do attitude
