About the role
My clients are seeking a bubbly administrators, customer service officers, receptionists, and office all rounders to join the team on a temporary basis. These companies are based around the western suburbs and are looking for someone to commence as soon as possible.
Roles within the Transport & Logistics Industry also available
No work from home options available
You will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers
- Booking and debriefing freight ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain purchase orders and ensure on time deliveries
- Assist when required with dispatching or receiving shipments
- Clear and friendly communication via phone and email
- General assistance to the team & staff
- Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
- Support the branch in its sales and service operations
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excel skills
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
- Can do attitude
