The role

Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics developers to assist with the sustainment and enhancement of a SmartIQ/Microsoft Dynamics solution. This long-standing application is in sustainment and requires support work as level 2/3 support issues arise. The application is in the early stages of being replaced with a like for like solution and so it is likely you will act as an SME for that project as well.

Requirements

1. Extensive Experience: Demonstrated extensive experience of 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in related technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform.
3. Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and time-sensitive tasks independently.
5. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and business stakeholders.
6. • Knowledge Sharing: Commitment to knowledge sharing and documentation to support succession planning and team development. • Autonomy and Accountability: Ability to operate under limited direction, demonstrating reasonable autonomy and accountability in delivering high-quality solutions. • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Flexibility to work as a multidisciplinary team member, contributing to various aspects of the project as needed.

Desirable criteria

1. Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-200 (Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core) or MB-400 (Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer).
2. Experience with Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
