Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice across a broad range of lending products, including residential, commercial, and SMSF loans.
- Source and recommend the best mortgage solutions for our clients, understanding their individual needs and financial goals.
- Manage the full mortgage process from initial consultation to settlement, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored, thoughtful advice.
- Receive and work with provided leads, ensuring you have a steady stream of clients without the pressure of a traditional sales role.
- Collaborate with financial planners, accountants, and other team members to deliver integrated financial strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, loan products, and industry regulations to provide the best outcomes for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with a focus on high-net-worth clients (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of lending products across residential, commercial, and SMSF loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- A consultative approach – this is not a sales role, but a position where client care is paramount.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to clients, and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of the business.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, with a focus on quality and customer care.
- A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent qualification.
