The Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join a growing team. In this fully remote role, you will handle warm, fully-qualified leads passed directly to you, but also maintain current relationships and bring on new business offering expert advice and tailored solutions to a diverse client base, including non-residents based overseas.

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Advisory:

• Handle warm, fully-qualified leads passed directly to you but also bring on new business.
• Provide expert credit advice and guide clients through their mortgage journey from initial inquiry to settlement.
• Offer tailored solutions for non-resident clients based overseas.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with support teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Offshore to process loans efficiently.
• Maintain open communication via Slack, email, and video calls.

Relationship Management:

• Build trust and rapport with clients over phone and email, ensuring their needs are met.
• Deliver a white-glove experience for high-net-worth clients, meeting their expectations for clarity, speed, and professionalism.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Accurately document client interactions and maintain a clear pipeline in our CRM.
• Stay updated on Australian mortgage regulations and lender requirements.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking, lending, or finance.
• Previous exposure to non-resident lending is a bonus (optional).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to provide accurate credit advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over phone and email.
• High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability to work autonomously.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage and Finance Broking is required.
• Must currently reside in Perth.
