Salary: $69,700 base salary + 14% super
Our client is looking for Member Solutions Consultants to join their brand-new team in Townsville. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll engage with members primarily over the phone, providing expert guidance and personalised support. As a phone-based role, you’ll help members navigate their superannuation options, answer inquiries, and deliver outstanding service, all while working within a customer service call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional service over the phone to assist members with their superannuation needs.
- Educate members about superannuation products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions.
- Take ownership of member inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and support members effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service roles (e.g., call centres, retail, or financial services).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and providing financial guidance.
- High attention to detail with proficient computer literacy.
- Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Work Arrangements:
- Full-time, permanent role with structured hours.
- Hybrid working options may be available after initial training.
- Start date: 7th April 2025.
