Our client is looking for Member Solutions Consultants to join their brand-new team in Townsville. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll engage with members both in person and over the phone, providing expert guidance and personalised support. This role blends a customer service centre and face-to-face environment, making it ideal for those passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping members navigate their superannuation options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone to assist members with their superannuation needs.
• Educate members about superannuation products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions.
• Take ownership of member inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and support members effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in face-to-face customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, banking, or financial services).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and providing financial guidance.
• High attention to detail with proficient computer literacy.
• Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Work Arrangements:

• Full-time, permanent role with structured hours.
• Hybrid working options may be available after initial training.
