Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently using practice management software.
- Process patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry of medical records and information.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and Medicare or private health claims with precision.
- Support healthcare professionals by preparing consultation rooms and managing daily schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with practice management systems and a high level of computer literacy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
