Medical Receptionist – Radiology Clinic
Locations: Hope Island & Surfers Paradise

Salary: $30-$32/hour

Randstad is currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join a reputable radiology clinic operating within two clinic locations; Hope Island and Surfers Paradise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment within the healthcare sector.

About the Role

This is a front-desk position within a radiology setting, where you'll work alongside a close-knit team of 9–10 staff. You'll report to two Office Managers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality customer service to patients and visitors

• Managing general administrative and reception duties

• Processing medical billing and Medicare rebates

• Coordinating patient bookings and schedules

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in medical administration – radiology experience highly regarded

• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills

• A proactive and friendly attitude with excellent attention to detail

• Willingness to travel between Hope Island and Surfers Paradise clinics

• Comfortable using computer systems – Occam software experience beneficial but not required (training provided)
