Join our small, dedicated team in Marsden Park, where you'll have the chance to work on an extensive range of equipment, including front, rear, and side-loading trucks, cardboard compactors, crushers, balers, and more.
About the Role
As a Mechanical Service Technician, you'll play an integral role in keeping waste management and recycling operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical machinery, ensuring optimal performance and contributing to environmental sustainability.
What's on Offer?
- Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 p.a. + superannuation (with the opportunity to earn up to $110,000 p.a. with structured pay progression)

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a variety of refuse machinery, sweeper products, vacuum tankers, and static compaction equipment, both at customer sites and in our workshop.
- Diagnose and repair faults during breakdowns and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Offer timely and clear updates to customers regarding the status of their equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all work performed.
About You
- Proven mechanical experience in workshops, maintenance, repairs, or trade-related work. (Electrical experience is a bonus but not a requirement.)
- Hands-on expertise with a wide range of mechanical equipment and an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test.
