About your new role
Providing inspection, repair and overhaul services on hydraulic cylinders & pumps.
Conducting ‘Take 5’ risk assessments & other safety measures.
Assist in the re-manufacture of gearboxes, pistons & motors.
Working in large team environments to ensure productivity targets are met.
Disassembly & reassembly of earthmoving/mining products, equipment & parts.
Use hand & power tools as well as operate workshop mobile lifting equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
Along with relevant experience as a Mechanical Fitter, you will need:
Australian Recognised Trade - Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or similar.
Strong communication skills & ability to demonstrate safe work practices.
Comprehension of manuals & technical drawings.
High Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWP (desirable)
Police Check within 3 months or ability to obtain.
Pass a pre employment medical & drug/alcohol screenings.
