- Develop and maintain the end-to-end program schedule, including critical path activities, dependencies, resources and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and report on key milestones and deliverables, identifying any delays or issues early.
- Oversee dependency management, ensuring cross-functional alignment across workstreams.
- Work closely with Program, Change and Project Managers to document, validate and integrate individual project plans.
- Export data from a range of systems including Jira, Altus and Excel; manage the interface between plans in MS Project and the organisation’s existing project reporting tool, Altus.
- Collaborate with program leadership and sponsors, providing detailed program updates, insights and governance reporting.
- Support change management processes, including identifying scheduling impacts and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive scheduling disciplines across the program using a collaborative, pragmatic and influential approach.
