Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing & Lead Generation
... - Develop and manage targeted campaigns to attract top psychiatry talent and promote services to GPs and primary care professionals.
- Create content that highlights job opportunities and promotes the organization’s unique offerings and strong community values.
- Generate leads of qualified psychiatrists and mental health professionals through diverse channels, such as conferences, digital marketing, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Customer Journey & Engagement
- Improve the customer journey for both GPs and patients, ensuring a seamless referral-to-treatment process.
- Maintain and grow engagement with referring GPs by providing essential resources, fostering feedback loops, and creating educational materials.
- Increase website traffic to encourage patient appointments and GP referrals.
- Oversee social media presence, including Facebook and LinkedIn, to engage healthcare professionals and potential patients.
Content Creation & Communications
- Craft impactful, high-quality content to attract psychiatrists and engage referring doctors.
- Write and edit for various platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and press releases, with a focus on psychiatry and mental health topics.
- Ensure messaging is clear and resonates with both medical professionals and the general public.
- Lead internal and external communications efforts to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
Project Management & Event Coordination
- Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate recruitment and promotional events, such as webinars, conferences, and local community engagements.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising, to enhance visibility and attract clients and professionals.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for optimal campaign effectiveness.
- Grow the organization’s digital presence through consistent website updates, social media management, and email marketing.
Brand Development & Strategy
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the organization’s brand identity.
- Strengthen brand presence in the mental health and psychiatry space.
- Identify growth and engagement opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in professional services (B2B and B2B2C).
- Background in healthcare or mental health marketing is a plus.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, particularly on healthcare topics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
