The Role
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join their growing team. This is a full-time, in-house position where you will be an integral part of the firm's marketing efforts. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior partners and the executive team, providing valuable experience in a top-tier legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business leads and draft professional correspondence to engage them.
- CRM Management: Maintain and manage the HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Content Development: Create and manage content for various communication channels, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage diaries for marketing activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Event Management: Plan and manage firm-hosted events and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and maximum engagement.
- Digital Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and use Canva to create engaging digital content for marketing campaigns.
- Conference Marketing: Oversee marketing for the firm's attendance at external conferences and events, enhancing visibility and reputation.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: Familiarity with legal concepts and terminology (preferred); experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems, especially HubSpot (preferred).
