We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a 12 month contract. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform campaign strategy and measure performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure campaign success.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 5+ years marketing experience within telecommunications (preferably), or any business managing a large customer base.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end design and management.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpreting complex data for campaign insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Internal & vendor collaboration.
- Strategic Marketing: Driving base transformation initiatives.
- Cross-Channel Expertise: Managing campaigns across diverse platforms.
- Project Management: Delivering campaigns on time and budget.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a matrix organization.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing customer communication challenges.
