My client, a global company, with a focus on consulting and project mamagement in the construction and fitout space, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their Client Relations & Brand & Marketing (CRS/BAM) Team. In this role, you will be integral in supporting the team with a variety of brand and marketing activities, working with both external and internal stakeholders. About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for content creation (including editing and graphic design of visual assets), copywriting for website and social media, photography coordination, and other graphic design activities for marketing collateral (print and digital). You will also develop branded documents and templates for Client Relations & Sales materials, including client-branded graphic design overlays for specialized projects.
We are looking for a candidate with story-led and creative marketing experience, including experience with bids and tenders, and who possesses strong graphic design skills, social media expertise, and experience in the construction, retail/office, or fitout sectors.

Responsibilities
- Assist in strategizing and implementing the Marketing Plan.
- Prepare creative assets and copywriting for LinkedIn, Google My Business, and website content, aligning with company pillars and brand/marketing approach.
- Assist and participate in project completion photography, including post-production asset management and Photoshop work.
- Assist in creative planning of video production (scriptwriting or storyboarding).
- Assist in reviewing podcasts and content for editing and developing creative assets for online media
- Execute brand and marketing strategy according to the BAM content plan, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Help grow brand awareness and reach across regions, services, and sectors.
- Plan marketing pipeline, ensuring sufficient project team input and forecasting.
- Help build best practices and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role.
- Intermediate graphic design skills across the Adobe Suite.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience with bids and tenders.
- Experience in the construction, retail/office, or fitout sector is highly regarded.
