Lead and manage the organisation’s response to freedom of information
requests, subpoenas and privacy matters, in accordance with The Privacy and
data Protection Act 2014 and OVIC regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate with teams to ensure the security, privacy and proper governance
of information, in collaboration with the IT team in particular. This includes
testing and validation of any related plans, processes, technical and business
changes,
Participate in, or lead audit activities, provide audit findings responses and
actions, implement and provide status reports.

Generate and maintain the Information Security & Governance business plans

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Manager Information Security who has solid experience in leading teams of specialists as well as implementing and managing information security management frameworks for the Victorian Government. You will also have experience with legislative requirements for Freedom of information and privacy processes as well as experience with VPDSS and VPDSF.
