As a key finance business partner, you’ll work closely with supply chain, sales, and operations to deliver critical financial insights and drive performance. You’ll take ownership of reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis while helping to streamline processes and enhance financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage forecasting and budgeting, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability
- Oversee stock reporting and reconciliation, identifying and resolving variances
- Analyse product costing and cost management to improve profitability
- Partner with key business teams to improve financial and operational performance
- Prepare and deliver P&L and balance sheet reports to Head Office with accuracy and insight
- Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations and financial controls
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to provide insights on cost drivers
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and internal controls
- Provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
About You:
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional
- Experience in manufacturing accounting
- A commercial and problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance teams
- CA, CPA, or CIMA qualifications (or working towards completion)
- Experience with MYOB (desirable but not essential)
