Job Title: Management Accountant
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary Budget Cap: $94k + super ($105k package)

Purpose of the Role:
Support the finance team by providing insights and reports to help operational teams achieve their KPIs and financial goals. This role involves analyzing sales, inventory, and payroll data, as well as improving processes and creating tools to aid decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily and weekly sales reports and insights to track performance against KPIs.
• Reconcile weekly sales data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory reporting to identify risks or opportunities.
• Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Complete “Ship from Store” reporting to maintain customer experience standards.
• Ensure foot traffic data is accurate and provide insights to improve store performance.
• Help optimize store rosters based on customer shopping patterns.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI for better decision-making.
• Reconcile data in the internal data warehouse.
• Assist with monthly Board reports and new project evaluations (e.g., new stores).
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Team & Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally with retail experience.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Desirable:

• Experience in multi-site retail environments.
