These roles play a pivotal part in supporting schools across the region by providing expert guidance on maintenance planning and asset management to ensure the continued functionality and safety of the infrastructure.

You will receive comprehensive training and onboarding, including hands-on experience with a new software system that enables both corporate and site stakeholders access to develop and plan maintenance plans. This role involves a combination of administrative and fieldwork, including site visits, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and plan school meetings to review maintenance task lists and create tailored Maintenance Plans.
• Provide high-quality advice and consultancy to personnel, senior management, and staff on prioritising maintenance tasks and completing maintenance plans.
• Conduct on-site inspections to clarify or understand building and asset structures as part of the planning process.
• Plan site visits based on asset life cycle assessment and visual inspections, ensuring they align with current and future needs.
• Manage maintenance budgets, and liaise with relevant advisors to coordinate targeted works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while providing effective solutions for asset maintenance.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in education or public sector environment.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of building/asset maintenance environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and time management skills.
• Drivers licence and blue card (or willing to obtain)
