Are you an experienced Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter looking to take your skills to the next level in a cutting-edge and growth-focused company? We are searching for a motivated and skilled professional to join the maintenance team with of one of our leading clients, specialising in the production of high-quality engineered precast concrete products, including steel-reinforced concrete pipes and culverts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a range of precision machining tools and equipment
- Interpret and work with technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Assemble and fit components with precision and attention to detail
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot, and resolve machinery issues to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Previous experience in the precast concrete manufacturing industry is highly regarded.
- Working at heights & EWP ticket - Advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
