Your New Role
As the Mailroom Team Member, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth mail and package operations for major banks. This full-time temporary role, Monday - Friday, presents an opportunity for permanency for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
- Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
- Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
- Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
- Adhering to company WHS procedures.

About You
- Previous Mailroom experience ideal but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Basic-intermediate computer skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
