About the role:
This is a full time position, temporary contract as a Mailroom Team Member with conversion to Full Time employment. You will be responsible for:
...
- Mail sorting, collection and distribution
- Receive, open, sort, record, scan, track and distribute all mail and deliveries to recipients
- General office administration and other ad hoc duties
- Assist Team Leader in collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
- Know and comply with the company's Security, Health and Safety procedures and training
Your skills & experience:
- Must have previous experience in a mailroom (prev exp in banking & financial services preferred)
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
- Be self-driven and also follow instructions with the ability to work as part of a team
- Basic PC skills
