Randstad is on the lookout for a Trade Qualified Fitter & Turner to join our client on Hobart’s Eastern Shore. If you’re someone who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a hands-on, practical environment—this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manual Lathe operation

• Working with hydraulic cylinders and lines

• General engineering tasks

• Operating Milling Machines and Lathes

• Collaborating with a small, skilled team to get quality jobs out the door

What we’re looking for:
✅ Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner
✅ Solid experience with manual lathe work
✅ Comfortable using hand tools and workshop machinery
✅ Experience with hydraulic systems is a big plus
✅ A proactive, can-do attitude
