Our Concrete Site Coordinator supports with the day-to-day operation of a Concrete Production Site that incorporates three key areas of responsibility:
Sales Administration
- Represent the client's brand and provide excellent phone-based customer service.
- Take orders and finalise the sale of pre-mixed concrete for delivery.
Allocating / Scheduling via computerised systems
- Allocate / schedule jobs using our Command system.
- Schedule rostering and truck movements for the plant/region
- Batch concrete to specific mix designs via our computerised system
General
- Ordering raw materials
- Housekeeping / performing general plant maintenance.
- Front End Loader and Forklift operation - occasional
To join the successful team all you need to possess is:
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Be a team player.
- Have a Safety focus.
- Have a reliable work ethic.
- A satisfactory level of Computer skills
- The capacity to be flexible with start and finish times.
- Be able to work Saturday mornings if required.
NOTE: This role has been proven to be suitable for candidates who come from an admin type role. We encourage people who are looking for a blue collar environment and supportive team that are willing to grow.
This role would be ideal for someone who is looking for a change of career working within the construction industry!
