As a Logistics Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our import/export operations, supply chain processes, and procurement strategies. Your focus will be on maximising cost efficiency, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and resolving supply chain challenges to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Inventory & Demand: Optimise stock levels, forecast demand, and control inventory.
- Purchasing & Suppliers: Source materials, negotiate contracts.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders accurately and coordinate warehouse logistics.
- Logistics & Distribution: Manage shipments, collaborate with 3PLs.
- Reverse Logistics: Handle returns, repairs, and recycling.
- Process & Compliance: Improve efficiency, ensure safety and regulatory standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise ERP/Excel for performance tracking and insights.
- WHS Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment.
Key Position Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Iptor, SAP, Oracle), Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and WMS.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process.
