- Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Proven experience in transport, or logistics operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
