The Role:
As the Logistics Coordinator you will work amongst a small, tight knit team, offering inventory support, sales administration and handling the supply chain functions. The core duties include:
- Coordinate the logistics of products from the warehouse to the customer
- Manage stock inventory levels using excel spreadsheets and company database
- Process new orders using ERP system
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and third party logistics (3PL)
- Prepare reports and raise invoices/purchase orders
- Provide customers with product information

About you:
- Previous experience in a logistics focused Customer Service role
- Provide exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face
- High level of attention to detail
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
