Randstad is seeking a skilled Light Automotive Mechanic on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded automotive workshop. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain light vehicles, ensuring they perform at their best while upholding the shop’s reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully diagnose and repair various light vehicle systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure safe vehicle operation.
- Utilise modern diagnostic equipment and tools for precise troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Light Automotive Mechanic or in a related role.
- In-depth understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-centring approach.
- Certification or formal training in automotive technology preferred.
