To be successful in your application, you will need:
- A clear speaking voice and the ability to explain complex instructions to end users over the phone
- Ability to juggle multiple tickets during peak times
- A true interest in helping people
- A willingness to absorb knowledge & to put that knowledge into practice
- Can demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Technical experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy experience
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Cybersecurity, Firewall experience is advantageous
- Understanding of DNS and domain management
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Strong experience with Windows environments, both desktop and server
- VOIP phone systems (ie: 3CX or similar)
- Microsoft 365 Cert e.g MS-100
